Meet Mitch

Growing up on a farm in rural Southern Alberta, Mitch’s childhood cooking experience extended only as far as his Italian family’s love for the noodle. A part-time job as kitchen help in a Taber restaurant changed everything, and eventually led to his position at the top of the class in the esteemed Lethbridge College School of Culinary Arts.

An advocate of only the finest processes, Mitch is a tour de force in the kitchen- but his good humour ensures that every plate is a true work of art.
