Lethbridge native Amanda Jacques’ favourite memories take place in the kitchen. As a little girl she always wanted to take over the family baking
and as a teenager she voluntarily took on the role as household cook. It’s safe to say Amanda has always had a passionate affair with the stovetop.
Present-day Amanda is proud to have had ten years of experience in a variety of restaurants across Canada, which have blessed her with a refined palate and an eagerness to please. A food fanatic and a natural host, Amanda never passes up the opportunity to wine and dine.
